Casting Tehnique - (casting technique) is a method of fishing with a bait or throw gewang to target and then return without waiting mengarau bait fall to the policy or diragut fish.

Bottom Fishing - (bottom fishing) closely related to the use bait fishing techniques with traditional methods. Bait should dilabuhkan policy to focus on the target fish species policy. Ikan Cencaru (Ikan Jaket Besi)

Ikan Cencaru (bahasa Inggeris: Torpedo Scad) merupakan sejenis ikan karnivor air terbuka tropika yang suka berkelompok di kawasan-kawasan pantai Indo-Pasifik Barat, dari Afrika Timur sehingga Jepun dan Australia. Taburannya antara 47° U - 22° S, dan 40° T - 156° T. Ikan ini hidup antara 20 - 100 meter dalam di kawasan payau yang mempunyai terumbu. Ikan Cencaru mempunyai nilai komersil yang tinggi. Nama sainsnya Megalaspis cordyla.

Ikan Cencaru berwarna kelabu kebiru-biruan hingga hijau pada bahagian dorsal, dan keperak-perakan pada bahagian bawah. Operkulumnya mempunyai bintik hitam yang besar, dengan sirip yang berwarna gelap. Panjang Ikan Cencaru sehingga 80 sentimeter (2 kaki 7 inci), dan beratnya sehingga 4 kilogram. Ikan ini mempunyai 7 - 9 sirip kecil yang berasingan pada bahagian belakang ridip dan sirip duburnya.

Populasi Ikan Cencaru berganda dalam tempoh antara 1.4 hingga 4.4 tahun.
